Learner profile connections
Communication goes along with being a communicator. We want our students to be able to express their ideas well and respect others' ideas and opinions. Students engaged will in discussion, manage social interactions and express their own thoughts through verbal and graphic language. Students in a positive classroom are willing to communicate ideas and respect others thoughts, opinions and ideas.
Communication connect with reflective. Students are able to think about what they do and say about about what they are learning. They are able to learn from their mistakes and they are aware of the effect of their words and actions to others. By identifying their feelings will be able to treat others with respect and understand how their actions affect others.
Communication requires students to be inquirers. Students show an interest in the world and seek out new knowledge independently and ask questions. Students need to inquire about bullying and how they can help bullying within their school.
Communication ties in with being knowledgeable. We want students to be knowledgeable about reporting bullying, cyber bullying and how to be part of the solution. Students know and understand signification content and are able to construct learning through activy inquiry.
